Proverbs 31:10 tells us of the virtuous woman who “seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. This woman actually made enough money to buy a piece of land that she turned into a vineyard to make even more money! Obviously if God saw fit to include this woman in His Word then He wants us to learn from her example.

Work at home Christian moms have the best of both worlds. They are able to raise their children themselves without having to worry about the influence of any other child care on their children. I’m not trying to say that building a Christian internet business at home is easy or that it happens overnight, but if you are diligent as the woman in Proverbs was diligent, it can work for you too!

Everyone has a niche, a God-given talent that they possess. Find your own special talent, something you know about and start writing. Maybe you have a wonderful ability to cook, garden, decorate, sew, organize, teach, I could go on and on. Whatever your talent is, write about it. These on-line articles can really take off for you and are extremely valuable to others if they have good, helpful, interesting content.

Having your own Christian internet business allows you a bunch of Christian business opportunities for income. Think of the many ways that your family would benefit by having you home during the week. The child care factor alone is worth it’s weight in gold, not to mention the savings you would have in other areas of the home such as the use of a vehicle and so on.

It’s easy for a stay at home Christian moms to get discouraged when you see the bills piling up and the income staying the same or in some cases, going the other way. Having your own Christian internet business not only would supplement the income, it would also open up opportunities for you to minister to other moms just like yourself.

Imagine getting up in the morning, getting the kids off to school and going to work in your pajamas! During your breaks, think of the housework you could get finished and if the kids are sick, no problem, you are able to care for them. Need a day off…no problem…you are your own boss! You make your own schedule, not someone else! You also determine your own paycheck! The more time and effort you are willing to put into your Christian internet business, the more earning potential there is for you.

Maybe you have little ones at home who aren’t in school yet and working during the day just wouldn’t work. Think about this…during nap times you have a little bit of time and also after the kids go to sleep at night. Most home based businesses try to get you to invest a fortune up front and then you get nothing in return. Choosing your own direction with a Christian internet business allows you to get started on you business with very little money invested. Let’s face it, if we had a ton of money, we wouldn’t be looking for ways to supplement our income! Having your own business can be whatever you want it to be, so find something you love and get started building your own Christian internet business!
